Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within 1-3 business days of purchase, and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note we don't ship on weekends, and processing may take longer during holidays and sale periods.
Delivery Time
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive from the time they are shipped.
Missing Orders
If you don't receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund.
